• Why do you offer free assessments? Wouldn’t that cost you a lot of time?

  We believe everyone should know what they’re signing up for before they sign up for it. By seeing your property with our own eyes, we can give you an accurate quote and make sure we’re all on the same page. It’s an essential part of our service; it’s the decent thing to do; and it helps us have strong relationships with all our clients. That’s why we offer it for free.
  

• Do I have to be home when you visit?

  Our working hours are flexible, and we can visit your property during the weekend if you’d prefer to be at home. Many of our clients don’t feel the need to be present, and they’re quite happy to trust us with their keys so we can get the job done during the week.

• Do you use any toxic chemicals for cleaning or pest control? Will my children and pets be safe?

  We don’t use any chemicals that will cause harm to pets or humans. For almost every risky method out there, there’s another alternative that’s very safe and achieves the same great results. We strongly favour the latter.
  

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and New Zealand bank transfers.

Whether we’re on your roof to repair your gutter, in your lounge to clean your carpet, or in your kitchen to get rid of an ant infestation – we make safety our number one priority, and treat your home or business with the respect it deserves.

• Our team never cuts corners.

  Many clients who come to us have had negative experiences in the past. There are some contractors out there who like to think of themselves as cowboys. In order to get a job done quickly, they’ll cut corners, skip safety precautions, and as a result they often end up hurting themselves or damaging the properties they work on.
  
  Our promise to you is that we’ll never cut those corners or skip those crucial safety checks. For every type of job, we have specific systems and procedures in place to eliminate risk and ensure a successful outcome.
  
  We safety-check and update our equipment regularly to guarantee that it’s still functioning effectively. Rather than imagining ourselves as cowboys, we like to imagine ourselves as commercial airline pilots – mentally ticking off a list of essential steps before we even set foot on your property.
